Bayleaf is a simple blogging theme with Gutenberg and WooCommerce support. It is intended for food bloggers and recipe sites.
The theme’s homepage has its own widget areas. You can use the special flexible Display Posts widget to add a slider, featured block and list of posts. Use Blank Widget to make some space between blocks. You can also adjust the width of the widgets on the homepage.
The theme allows you to choose the color of accents and optionally turn off the Google font. You can add an image and your logo in the header.
Single posts have a clean design with good typography. You can use full-width images in the Gutenberg editor, enhance the text with quotes and notes, and show a related posts block under each post.
The theme allows you to disable the top menu and leave only the widgetized sidebar which can be displayed by clicking the icon in the header.
You can also put widgets at the footer of your site.
