FabMasonry theme has a nice minimal design. It’s a good choice for a creative person, an artist or a photographer.
By default, the main page is designed in the style of animated blocks (image + post title, author, category, etc.). Information in this blocks can be edited. You can make a static page, it all depends on your needs.
It is possible to define a hero post (or add a series of posts to the slider) by placing it above all other blocks. This may be the most important article of the week, prompting the visitor not to close the page.
The theme can be used with a sidebar, or you can use it without it.
FabMasonry is a child theme for Fabulist, the parent theme should be installed as well.
